An Exercise of Negativity

Bricks of hatred, jagged stones I hurl

Obsidian storm of discontent swirls

A scar unhealed sinewy and gleaming

I look at the world deaf to it's screaming

Abs that shake, can't get myself up

You're weak, complacent, not good enough

Despair looks back at me through the window at night

Not crawler or a flyer just my own face in fright

Wake up, find strength, redo the ritual again

Strive for the highest til the monster's my friend

Until it opposite of the problem

Until the negativity bends
